White Shoreline Realty was purchased in October 2025 by Brian and Christine Church of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Christine has been licensed to sell Real Estate since 2010 and will now assume the role as Broker In Charge. Originally from Connecticut and Upstate New York, they married in 1990, moved to Raleigh, NC in 1992, and job opportunities relocated them to Georgia in 1995. They continued to vacation with family and friends in North Myrtle Beach and its surrounding areas until in 2017 they purchased a vacation condo; and in 2021, decided to purchase their permanent residence in SC.
White Shoreline Realty was established in October 2004 by Joyce White. Joyce is now semi-retired and will continue to enjoy selling Real Estate as a Broker for White Shoreline Realty. Joyce purchased her first condo in North Myrtle Beach in 2001 and shortly thereafter began to help the public with their real estate needs. White Shoreline Realty proved to be a great success and she is grateful to all the wonderful clients, friends, and general public who remain loyal to our business.
