Joyce relocated to the Grand Strand from Raleigh, NC, where she was a broker/REALTOR® for a development and construction firm for over 16 years. With the vast knowledge acquired throughout her real estate career she seized the opportunity to start her own real estate brokerage firm, White Shoreline Realty, in October 2004.
As broker-in-charge of White Shoreline Realty, Joyce and all her associates are committed to serving buyers and sellers with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. She relies heavily on the use of technology as a marketing and research tool which provides a quicker response time to all requests for listings, CMA’s and area information. Joyce assures fast and reliable customer service. Licensed as a broker in both North and South Carolina, she is able to meet the needs of all her clients in Horry County as well as our neighboring state.
